I was inspired by another post where the bride lost 30lbs!!! Very commendable. I plan to loose 30 lbs by August 2016! I have a gym at work and from 12-12:45 they have classes everyday. Some cycle and bootcamp classes. I am also thinking about signing up with a trainer for a session on Saturdays or Sundays. I bought the 21 day fix but did not last 21 days. I'm thinking of adding that to my exercise regiment. How much do you want to loose? How do you plan to do it?

My goal is to lose 18 lbs (random number I know lol). I've lost about 4.5 since the beginning of September. Hopefully I can stay on track.

I am losing weight, but I also gained about 30 pounds after I moved with with FH almost 2 years ago. I am trying to lose about 20 to get back to my goal weight and I just rejoined weight watchers because that how I lost weight (and kept it off for over 4 years) before.

I wanted to lost 20lbs before the wedding. LIfe has just been crazy but I am down 11lbs. I am happy about that accomplishment. I don't want to stress about weight before the wedding so I told myself not to be upset if I lost no more but just to maintain where I am at right now!! Smiley smile

I'd like to lose about 15 lbs, but am really more worried about toning. I'd love to wear an illusion-back dress, but wouldn't be comfortable in one as I am right now, I don't think.

I'm hoping to lose around 15 lbs (if not more) by the time I need to take my dress for alterations. I've gained 5 lbs since I bought the dress, which I think I can take off relatively easily... But I'd like to lose a bit more than that so that my fat pants can stop being my skinny pants. Smiley sad

I have lost already 4 pounds planning to loose maybe another 2-3. I am focusing a lot of getting tone and my butt because my dress is low cut and I want a round butt not a pancake.

70! I know that is a lot - but if I put my mind and body to it...I can do it I think. Healthy eating and exercise is my plan. Oh - and lots of water!

I've already lost 25 pounds through diet and exercise, and was hoping to lose another 15/20 before April. Well, I picked up my dress this weekend and it fits like a glove! I don't really want to spend more money on alterations than I have to, so now I think I'll try to lose another 10 and see how that changes the fit then re-evaluate.

I want to lose that last 15 LBS.

I've lost about 30 in the last year, year and a half, and these "vanity pounds" are killing me.

20 would be great. I have 11 months. And dress fitting #1 in 4 months.

That's the only thing that makes me nervous, she ordered a dress larger than the one I wore, which was just a teeny tiny bit too tight. So I'm worried if I do drop it (which I should be able to manage... Christmas may be a bump), my alterations will be huge.

    We'll see!

I keep losing and regaining the same 8-10 lbs. so I'd be happy to lose those again, but 20 would be ideal! *And I must confess that "loose" in place of "lose" drives me batty. Loose means free and released, unbound, lax not firm or tight. The verb "to lose" as in lose weight, only has one O!

Sugar tango/Susan- I did Weight watchers and walking, and lost 110 in 14 months. You can totaly both accomplish your goals or at least get close.

I also gained 50 back. I would be happy losing 20lbs by the wedding. 30 would be amazing. The last three weeks I've lost so I am finally on track! We got this guys.

I would love to lose 5 pounds, but my dress fits perfectly right now so I'm a little weary to lose it. I'm pretty content with my current weight the 5 pounds would bring me back to what I was before I did my combined law school/grad school program. That would be nice, but isn't necessary. I've lost most of that weight over the last year. This time last year I weighed 148 and now I'm 133 (with a lot more muscle too!) I'm probably in better shape than I was before I gained the weight.

I mostly followed beachbody programs (still am). I had been going to the gym, but then I moved and the nearest gym was a 20 minute drive away, which became really difficult once the winter hit. I started working out at home and eating better and slowly saw results. 21 day fix extreme has been my favorite program so far.

In 2013, I made it a goal to get back to my high school graduation weight. That meant 66 pounds at the time. I've been losing the weight super slow, but since getting engaged, I made dress fittings my cut off. I've lost 50 so far, am currently 6 pounds away from a healthy weight range, and have a couple months to lose the last 16 to my goal. I'm on track (thanks to FH helping me keep myself accountable and being my super healthy running/nutrition buddy), so hopefully I can do it!

I have to lose weight by the wedding. I got a really great deal on my dress and it is a little bit too small to zip up now. I would love to get to my goal weight by the wedding which is 120-130 pounds but I am currently at 171. If I can manage to lose that, it would be awesome! But to fit in my dress I will need to lose about 20 more pounds. When I started my weight loss I was around 195 Ibs.

I have been doing a lot of walking. Now I am in a kickboxing gym that does 30 minute workouts and this is melting off the inches. I do also have insanity, 21 day fix, hip hop abs, and T25 which I alternate some workouts from those programs. I have also changed my eating habits big time. I track all of my food on My Fitness Pal (sometimes I forget but thankfully some of my ww friends on there, keep me on track!- Thanks guys!)
