I'm so sorry to hear about your husband, mother, and father. I love how you're incorporating your children into the wedding

My dad passed away last August, and even if he was very sick for the five years before that. We also had a difficult relationship. So I’m not sure how I would have approached that tradition. But, when I got engaged, his childhood friend offered to be a “dad for a day.” I’ve known this man as long as I can remember, and it felt right to ask him to do it. So he’ll be walking me down the aisle.

I will have my step dad and my biological dad walking me down the aisle. Once we get down to the end my step dad will take a seat while my dad will walk me the rest of the way and give me away

My dad passed away about a year and a half ago, so I'm having my brother walk me down the aisle. I tried to con him into the father/daughter dance too, but he was having none of that, lol. He's way too shy for that.

Both my dad and my stepmom will be walking down the aisle with me! My partner's parents will be walking her down the aisle as well.

Absolutely! That is one tradition I cant change! My wedding wouldnt even be possible without my pops...a lot of things in my life wouldnt be possible without him, actually! We are super close (like, he took me on my wedding dress hunting adventure and helped me find the perfect dress close!) There is no better person to walk me down that aisle!

This is my second marriage so I’ll be having my sons (12 and 6) walk me down the aisle. I think it will make them feel so special on a day that they might otherwise feel isn’t for them.

My dad passed when I was 8, so I'm having my mom and stepdad walk me down the aisle. My FH is having his parents walk him down the aisle, too.

I want both my parents to walk me down. My dad on my right and my mom on my left.

My father nor my dad will be walking me down the aisle. I'm either having my son walk me or doing it on my own.

My dad will be walking me down the aisle only because I made my mom my MOH and to me that's the highest honor and she deserves it. If i didnt have my dad walk me down it would be my mom!

My dad definitely will be, per tradition. I might have both my parents walk me, since my mom has bent over backwards for us (her children), but I guess it just depends how we’re getting along between now and the wedding, and how she feels about it.
