Try soapy water?
And something similar to a razor blade. Not an actual razor blade, but something with a ridge and similar thickness.

Soak it in dish detergent and hot water. If that doesn't work, Goo Gone is the beat thing to take sticky stuff off.

Those are really cute! I always use goo gone to clean bottles, it’s the only way I’ve found to get all the sticky residue off.

My father in law removed all the wine labels for us. He soaked them in water and then removed the stubborn pieces and residue with goo gone.

I’ve removed maybe 80 labels for my wedding decor and I used dawn dish detergent mixed with boiling hot water. I first would fill every bottle up with the hot water before putting it in my soap water mix. I let it set for at least 4 hrs. Most of the labels peeled off and were floating at the top and others came off with just using my fingers. It’s all about the kind of glue thy use to attach the labels, some disintegrate and others become tacky.

I also bought the bottle lights from AliExpress for like 40 cents a piece and they come in all different colors.
