Help!

My fiancé would love to do the love letter and wine unity ceremony but we are getting married outside in August and we want to try to make the ceremony as meaningful and quick as possible so our guests can be comfortable. We plan on doing the love letter and wine in a box, but not having the ceremony. We thought about still mentioning it as part of our ceremony though. Any ideas on how to mention this or the script? I am not great with words. If anyone has done a short/quick version, or has the script for the actual ceremony only (without the act of doing it), please let me know!!

If you’re doing a program (I’m not to save money) you could put a explanation of the ceremony. I’m not familiar with a love letter and wine ceremony so perhaps you do it before, explain in the program what it was, and have the officiant mention it. They could say something like “you’ve already committed to each other with a private love letter and wine ceremony and now we will continue the ceremony in front of your friends and family”
