Wine/burgundy bridesmaid dresses

@Jersey had gorgeous burgundy dresses. Let me see if I can get her.

My bridesmaid dress is wine, it's bill levkoff and I love it!

David's Bridal has a wine colored selection of dresses. The color name is...wine.

They've had it for several years. I recommend going by your store and getting a swatch, it looks much different in person than it does online.

I got mine at Davids Bridal. Obviously I'm doing wine as well. Bonus: this dress has pockets. My girls are stoked.

The wine color I looked at at David's bridals was too purple.

I'm having the same problem. So far I'm looking at sangria color from David's. Not too thrilled about getting it thru them though so still looking

@Nicole: have you seen the color *in person*? Finding shades that were too purple was our problem (looking at you, DB Sangria!), but once I got hold of an actual swatch, there's a HUGE difference from what the website shows and reality.

This is some of their ribbon, since I couldn't find my fabric swatch card. This is as color accurate as I could get it.

If you're wanting something even less purple toned, you're looking for maroon, not burgundy.

Here's the site's swatch card against one of the dresses in a simulated color swatch. On the site when you click anything other than the default color, the color is digitally imposed on the default dress, so it isn't always color accurate.

My BM dress for the last wedding I was in was Bill Levkoff cranberry. It was more a red than the wine but in pictures and with the other burgundy/wine colors in the wedding it matched perfectly.

I got mine from Alfred Angelo, I believe the color was called mahogany.

I'm having the same problem trying to find burnt orange dresses for my girls.

Did you look at the actual dresses or online? I want brown for my BM and when I looked at David's bridal online, the dresses looked purple, but in person are clearly brown
