Alright what does everyone think of having a winter wonderland theme wedding in the summer time ?...i know it’s crazy , my wedding is summer season wedding but I haven’t picked out a theme and when I started searching I saw one that just took my breathe away ,but I’m. Not sure if I should go for it...

Yes your all right I should use the color pallet and yes I wouldn’t use the pine cones and snowflakes lol that would be strange I do like the color pallet and the crystals so maybe I could use those things instead

You don’t need a theme, it’s not a birthday party. Pick a color scheme and research in season florals with your florist.

Personally, I wouldn't do it. However, if a friend had this for their wedding, I would find it cool and unusual and enjoy it. The only hesitation is attire. You would have to somehow notify guests so they could choose to dress to the theme if they wanted to. Personally, I would steer clear from a floral dress as a guest if I knew this and at least opt for black or red.

I absolutely agree with @Orchids on this. Yes, it may be a little unusual, but I would not find it "totally weird", just a little "quirky"!

I say absolutely go for it, this is one of the few times in your life that you get to do whatever the HECK you want to. As long as you have great food and drinks your guests should be happy, so DO IT!!!

    Good luck!!

eta: I would think you would be able to find all kinds of stuff right now on clearance, so you could totally save tons of money there!!!

A white wedding would be refreshing in the summer but leave out the crystals and pinecones.

I wonder how did your wedding turn out. I am a Wedding Planner and a theme is not weird or strange. You can make your wedding whatever you like. If a winter wonderland is what your heart desired then you should have went for it. I planned a Winter Wonderland in November which is a month off from December but it was beautiful. You could have created snow from Epsom salt or purchased some fake snow. There are so many ways to go with these. A little hard to buy some items but Amazon sells everything all year round and most of the items you purchased will be fake due to Summer is not Winter. Good discussion. I am a couple years off but nevertheless was curious with which route you went.
