Where they what you expected? Was it worth it? Did they look like your inspo pics? I'm weighing the pros and cons and can't decide! The wood quote was only $20 cheaper than real flowers! HELP!!!!!!

Personally, the different textures of real flowers is super appealing to me. They just look so much more classic. If the price difference is that small, I'd go with real.

If the only reason you are going with wood would be to save money, then I don't think $20 is worth it - go with real.

If you want wood flowers because you truly like the look and want to keep them forever, then consider wood. Are you planning on purchasing the pre-made ones or putting them together yourself? I ask because I made my sola wood bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, etc. myself and while I enjoyed it, it was a LOT OF WORK! Not worth a $20 savings lol but I specifically wanted wood.

I'm doing flowers from Kroger Grocery's floral department. It's real and a lot cheaper than other florists. Centerpieces can range as little as $15-20 and they do it for you. Maybe even cheaper if you do something as simple as a couple flower heads floating in a bowl of water with beads. The bouquet toss is costing about $10. Talk to your local grocery store if you're interested in real flowers and let them know if they can work with your budget?

I looked into fake flowers but a lot of them were still really expensive for the realistic ones. All the others I didn't like. Kroger was even cheaper! I also looked into wood but I didn't want the hassle of arranging them and dying them to the colors I wanted.

I'm doing wooden flowers....I am not a flower person at all, so this is something that the moms can keep, the flowers will stay fresh for life, and if I'm spending the $$ on flowers, it better be on something that lasts awhile.

Did you dye all your flowers? I was thinking that it would be a huge hassle.
