Wording for sign on favor table advice/suggestions

melanie, on May 30, 2017 at 9:21 AM Posted in Community Conversations 0 12

My FH proposed with a fortune cookie and while we were trying to figure out what to do for a wedding favor we came across a place that sells chocolate covered fortune cookies and you can get a personalized messages printed inside. We thought this was a perfect choice for favors and very affordable too. We have tried them and they are really delicious, which kind of surprised me because I don't normally like fortune cookies. Anyways I wanted to put a sign on the table where we will have them and I'm trying to play with the wording. I'm thinking of something like 'We feel so fortunate to have you here with us on our special day' trying obviously to use the word fortunate in there Smiley smile Does that sound okay? I'm open to any suggestions on wording or a cute phrase I could use Thanks!

    How sweet!

    "Fortunate to celebrate with you!"

"How fortunate are we to have friends and family like y'all!"

I like your original idea! "We feel so fortunate to have you with us on our special day" Smiley smile

ETA: or "We are so fortunate that you joined us today" if you want to make it shorter?

I think it's a very cute idea! I'm not sure how they package them, but is there any way to have one at every place setting....may tying a ribbon around them in one of your colors?

My mother-in-law offered to get favors for us, they were Gourmet chocolates in this cute little box and they had them all tied with the ribbons matching a colors....it made for a nice pop of color at the table settings!
