Wore my glasses and so glad i did!

I love that! And you look so beautiful, and I really like your glasses! It was really important to me that I looked like myself on my wedding day: I did my own makeup and had my hair in a style that I typically wear. I don’t regret it!

Aww, super sweet. I do honestly think, if they're almost a part of your face and you feel you'd look weird and unrecogniseable without them, then why not wear them?

You look gorgeous. I for one love glasses in general on people, although I dont personally need any lol. But my fh does wear glasses and hes on the fence about possibly wearing contacts, but I tell him all the time I vote for him to wear the glasses, because he wears them everyday so why not on his wedding day? Plus I think they are so damn sexy on him 😍lol.

I am for sure wearing my glasses - like you said, they are part of me. I thought about contacts but my prescription is officially Old Lady and I don't want to have trouble seeing on my wedding day. And fh really likes glasses on me.

I just need to have a pocket in my dress for a cleaning wipe because I know they'll get smudged so much. Drives me nuts!

I'm a lifelong glasses wearer (since age 2.5!), so they are just a part of me and there was never a question about not wearing them on my wedding day. Everyone is absolutely fine to do/wear whatever they want (of course), but I hate the far too common assumption that glasses are somehow not "bridal" enough.

I feel the same way when I see anyone worrying about their short hair or non-white dress or lack of tanned skin, etc. If you are a bride, however you choose to style yourself on your wedding day is automatically bridal.

I am so glad to see another bride wearing glasses. I unfortunately don’t have a choice in whether or not to wear contacts, (I have an eye disease where I will legally be blind by 40), so I cannot wear any contacts as my cornea is kind of falling off. I have been so nervous about wearing glasses, it is refreshing to see another bride wear some!!!

I have been struggling with this one. I don’t wear contacts so I’d be walking down the aisle blind if I didn’t have my glasses. And I really don’t want to miss anything. I like the idea of getting a new pair.
