Additionally, I would like my FH to stand out a little. I would love to see what your men are wearing for inspiration. Since our family is spread out across the country, I was thinking of trying something like BlackTux, Generation Tux, or Menguin to make it easier on our groomsmen. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.

We are doing a destination wedding in Mexico so we wanted something fun that he could wear again. The shirt is loud, but matched our wedding colours and suits my FH’s personality. Would love to see what your men are wearing 1

We're trying to figure out what my FH and groomsmen will wear. My FH has decided on suits for all and we picked the color (a darker gray). Our wedding is the end of Sept 2020. I'll try to attach photos of the suit color and what my bridesmaids color. I'd like my FH to stand out a little bit from the groomsmen, but I have no idea what to change other than either his vest or tie color. He did mention last night that he didn't think they needed vests, but I'm not entirely convinced of that. I was thinking of having them go with that shade if blue for their tie (closest to my bridesmaids). Are pocket squares a must? Are vests? I feel like at least the vest make them look a bit more put together As for my FH do we have him go with a black tie? Champagne tie? Would love to see what your men are wearing 4

Hi Nakesha! I was thinking of you and your FH the other day and hoping everything is well with you all. I enjoyed hearing all of your creative wedding plans and would love to hear how things are going.

Unfortunately we had to push our wedding date back to October 23, 2021 from October 17, 2020. I'm a little sad about it, but it was best for our family. At least we will have more time to plan.
I look forward to hearing from you and hope you are all safe and well.

Hi! My goodness! I'm happy to hear you were thinking about us, thank you! We are all doing well. We put a lot of our planning on hold with the whole Covid-multiple state-large gathering thing. Thankfully, we've not moved our date or had to change vendors, although we've had some new offers come in. Presumably from vendors who've had cancellations. Life didn't stop rolling though. Neither of us got to stop working during quarantine. He's military (💜 Super special thanks to all of our military members; not his first career), and I work in food service.
We're probably going to have a slight smaller wedding because people will likely not want to be as close to people even after COVID isn't a factor.
Our big thing right now is getting my future husband to pick a table cloth. 😂 I gave him ONE task with a NARROWED list. 😂😂 I love this man to pieces and whole again. He THOUGHT he wanted to be part of the whole process. 😂😂 He's great. After the sixth option, he was overwhelmed. I went through 600 to narrow to six. 🤷🏽‍♀️😂😂 Needless to say, we've not progressed much further. 😂Things as simple as how the flowers are arranged can be symbolic (which I hadn't thought about until I spoke with our florist). Which direction your aisle will be, ESPECIALLY if outside (like ours) can be culturally significant. It is to his family. To mine it's just prettier to walk into the sunset. 🤷🏽‍♀️

More time to learn Russian! More time to find elements of Russian wedding customs you DO like to incorporate and get them in! It'll be great! Before you know it, you'll be honeymooning with your hubby wondering where the sixteen months went.

First of all...we got married on October 17th last year! We did tux's from men's warehouse. I chose to put the guys in a light gray bc my bridesmaids were in such a dark color. The way we had my husband stand out was a gray vest and bow tie as opposed to the burgundy vest and neck tie the groomsmen were in.
