No. I can’t imagine how this would be “the only option” because many women wear makeup to feel pretty and confident. That’s their personal decision that is not for anyone else to judge or decide. We don’t live in a world of ultimatums. Do what is right for you but don’t decide what other people should and should not do. The same applies to the significant others and parents who have no decision over what you do with your own body.

I don’t wear a ton of makeup but I always wear something going out to feel pretty and polished, and because I can. I go more glam for special occasions. The ladies we know are the same way.
