While I think it would be cool to try to win the honeymoon and have my wedding on TV. I don't know if I would like having people rate my wedding and it was also be super embarrassing if got last place and have people say bad things about their experience. PSA: If you don't know what show I am...

I totally would esp if they would air my wedding like a year later. LOL. I wouldnt want the negativity of the show ruining my post wedding bliss when you feel like your wedding was the best wedding ever lol

I did it; I was the officiant for the first episode they did in the US. The crew was lovely, the producers were fine; the brides were exceedingly mean to my couple, who did a modest wedding that was, honestly, perfect for them. Their friends and family had a ball; they didn't spend a screaming fortune, and in the end, they were married.

I'd never recommend it again, honestly. I've been on 'SYTTD" too, and since there really isn't a 'criticism' component to that, my couple had a wonderful time and Kleinfelds treated them like royalty. (They were the first gay couple to be married at the Empire State Building; it was absolutely amazing.....)

No one needs any more criticism from anyone, especially strangers.

NOPE. I can't watch it anymore for many of the reasons already stated. I wouldn't want my day being picked apart and we purposely picked a private estate so that we wouldn't have random strangers hanging out. Definitely wouldn't want camera crews all up in my business!

So glad you know my finances so well. I’m so sorry I ever went on that show. I always enjoy the ignorant comments cause apparently you know my whole life. Nothing was on credit thanks my wedding was PAID off thanks. And considering I grew up with nothing that was the wedding I WANTED so your option is S$*%! But thank you for letting me know how I paid for things!

We have joked about it because we sometimes watch it but we are both aware we would not win. I am pagan and we are doing a pagan ceremony and I have seen enough of those shows to know that more unusual weddings are not really favored...
