Would you rather... get no gift or a gift you didn't register for?

Definitely a gift I didn't register for. It could end up being something really cute, useful, or personalized. Plus, if you don't like it, you can return it!

I tend to give personalized gifts that aren’t registered for, bc how many years will you keep a toaster? I mean really!

Off registry gift not asked for - you never know, could be something great. And if not we’ll there usually someone who would want it or the gift receipt

I'd rather not get a gift than one I didn't register for. One of the main reason I ask people what they want for Christmas, if they can't decide, they get money. We all know that gift goes into the back of the cupboard never to be seen again.

We got more than 200 off registry gifts we loved between showers and wedding major gifts. And one we did not care for, a second gift from someone whose primary gift we loved. Friends and family who know us well put a lot of thought into selecting birthday, Christmas, anniversary, and all other gifts, year after year, without picking from a shopping list/ registry we made. . . . Definitely like well thought out non-registry gifts.

Definitely something I didn’t register for! I’m guilty of usually not buying off registries because I try to get personalized presents for people. 😊
