Would you rather... hand over complete planning control to your parents or your future in-laws?

No questions, my parents.

I would say both. My sister has planned events before and knows the ins and outs of the whole process. My FMIL is pretty creative and I think they would both do a great job!

Neither. His and my parents are removed from our lives for one reason or another. We are planning OUR wedding the way WE want it

My parents hands down. My mom and I have a shared pintrest board about the wedding already and she is an amazing designer/decorator and has found a bunch of stuff for us already that fits in perfectly with our vision. If I had to give up control I would want her taking over.

My sister is helping with the planning process. The hardest part is to gently let her know when a vision doesn't quite match with ours, but so far so good!

On some things yes and on some no, but she is very good at putting aside her personal preference and looking for what would make the other person happy. She had many years as a realtor to practice by helping people pick out their dream homes even if they werent her style at all.

My mom! She knows my style because I got it from her

Both sets have passed away, but i'd rather plan it myself, but if the moms were still here i'd love help

Definitely my parents! My FMIL has unique taste, where my mom has similar taste to me. Love both of them, but my mom knows what I like and what I would want way better!
