Would you rather... have 10 no-shows, or have 10 uninvited guests show up?

10 no-shows. It sucks that you paid for people who weren't there, but if 10 extra people show up, you may not have enough seating or food for everyone.

10 uninvited guests because I could show them the door to leave. It’s so inconsiderate to just not show up and waste $100 on a meal.

10 no shows. Food wouldn't be a problem, but our reception is not a big place. I'd rather 10 people not show and we get extra elbow room rather than having to start squeezing by people to get anywhere.

10 no shoes because I would have my coordinator inform they cannot stay and I dont lose or spend extra money.

Totally 10 no-shows. Your venue and food is already paid off at that point, so it's a lot easier just letting that go than trying to find 10 places for people to sit. Less work and drama in my opinion! Like a PP said, there's a reason those uninvited guests weren't invited.
