Would you rather... have a first look or wait until you walk down the aisle?

While I like the idea of a first look, we both decided to stick with the traditional route. It'll be so special for both of us!

However, we are thinking about doing a first touch. My ceremony venue has a wall we can stand on either side of and hold hands, and maybe say a quick prayer together!

Walk down the aisle. Both my fiancé and I are traditional in this sense. I’ve always dreamed of a double door entrance and him seeing me for the first time that way!

While I like the idea of the first look (for practical reasons like photos!), my FH was adamant that he wanted to see me for the first time walking down the aisle. And I really like the idea as well, so we're going with it and will do our best to get as many photos in between - we're not too worried.

One of our favorite moments together when we attend other weddings is to watch the groom's face when the bride appears - it's a priceless moment.

I love the idea of both of us being blind folded so we can hold hands and pray. But I like the traditntal no peeking before the alter.

My fiancé is super adamant against seeing me before I walk down the aisle. So probably that.

I prefer to see him at the aisle, to be honest. If it can be worked around and he have an alternative place to be at, that would be the best case scenario. I want him to be awed, and I want to feel the same as well.

I would rather wait until I walked down the aisle. I love the element of surprise!

My FH was adamant that we will not be doing a first look and we will see each other for the first time walking down the aisle. I love the idea of a first look but he is somewhat traditional on a few things and this is one of them.

I want to wait.

We're gonna wait for walking down the aisle. I just find the first look kind of awkward. It feels like it's staged for photos, whereas the ceremony is THE wedding!!! And I really don't want to get worked up twice or not at all in the ceremony. So I want to wait.

This is one of the few things that we're keeping traditional, as he wants the surprise of seeing me walk down the aisle.
