Would you rather... have a guest show up wearing jeans or a white dress?

I think I would choose jeans. Because in my opinion, we know what's going on if someone other than the bride decides to wear white. I'm talking about someone wearing a full on white/ivory gown. That's rude, and they will embarrass themselves, unless the bride + groom don't care. I just think it would be weird. There are some nice jeans. Even dark coloured jeans that don't look too bad. With a nice shirt, it could work.

Jeans because I have overflow seating to make a smooth transition for this guest not following dress code. LOL no big deal

White dress.. Jean's are super casual.

White dress. My dress is going to be this pretty champagne color so I'm sure I'd still draw more attention then she would haha

I want my guests to be comfortable. We have 24 invited and I know at least 23 will show up. If the other one comes, he’s likely to wear some basketball shorts and a t shirt...I think it’s disrespectful to take the light off the bride and groom by wearing white but if you can live with your attempt to steal attention, so can I

I think if I had to choose I rather witness Jean's then a white dress

Our reception is on a farm, so while I'd like people to wear standard wedding attire, I couldn't really get mad at anyone who showed up wearing jeans.

Jeans please!! Having someone show up in a white dress would definitely not make me happy and I want to be a happy bride!

JEANS! It is already our plan to have the grooms men in jeans so I really hope people feel comfortable enough to wear jeans

It depends on who it was and what type of outfit for the white. For jeans, le sigh, I would hope not, but if means couldn't afford something else, then fine, I have other things to worry about. I probably would forget the Jean wearers before the white wearers.

I am not too picky about what people wear to the wedding if I had to choose I guess the white dress but my fiance would hate both.

It depends what type of dress it is. I wouldn’t like it being white, but I’d rather have that than jeans. I’ll be so upset if someone wears jeans to my wedding lol
