Would you rather... have a short and luxurious honeymoon or a long and humble honeymoon?

We are thinking about doing short semi-luxurious honeymoons - we don't have a lot of PTO so we can't do a big Europe 2 week trip like some people - so we may just do 2-3 days here and there throughout our first year of marriage!

Long and humble, we wanna go camping up in one of of favorite places, do some hiking, fishing and kayaking. Simple but perfect

Long and humble! My fiance and I are taking 11 days in Orlando spending most of our time around theme parks which we already have annual passes to. We don't plan on spending a ton of money except for the hotel accommodations.. but definitely long and humble. I cant wait!

That is tough. We planned a week long Iceland trip for just under $1600 for us both, that includes flight and hotel. And I would love to go back for our honeymoon, but stay MUCH MUCH longer!

I would love a baller shorter honeymoon so that i can say that i did it later down the road.

Longer honeymoon is way more compelling! We don't get too many of those "getaways" to relax and unplug.

View Quoted Comment Same! We wound up settling for Mo'orea which is close to Bora Bora, but better than Tahiti. Our travel agent said it's just as good as Bora Bora, and we got the over water bungalow!
