    Def 30!
With 300 I would go crazy trying to figure out where to seat each person. Too many factors!

I have 300 on our invite list too.. We have our family family (which is huge, so it was going to big any way), our softball family, our horse shoe family, and our friends! It was soooo hard to even stop at 300!

Definitely 30. We are only slightly over that at 40. I don’t think I could find that many ppl I like to invite 300. Lol

This is SO TOUGH. I just got married on October 12th and we had a total of 47 guests make it for the wedding & reception. This small guest count definitely made our ceremony more personal and intimate and allowed my new husband and I to spend time with every guest during cocktail hour and dinner, which was so nice, especially since many of our guests were from out of state, so we don't get to see them too often. This made me absolutely love having a smaller wedding.

BUT, when it came to the dancing portion at the end of the night, that's when I really hated having such a small wedding. Like every wedding, a couple guests left right after cake cutting, and a few more cut out after the first dances. Since we also had a photobooth, I'd say most of the time there were only about 25-30 guests in the dance area at a time, with only about 10-15 of us actually actively dancing. I really wished at that point that we had a bigger guest count so the dance floor was more full, making it feel more festive. With so few people there to dance, it made it feel almost pointless to even have dancing and to be honest, it made me feel kind of sad that our floor was so empty (also could have been extra emotional about this due to being sad that our big day was almost over).

Although we're inviting closer to 300 (200 to be exact) I think back and wonder why we didn't just invite 30? I wish we had. Smiley smile

30! I seriously can’t even fathom knowing 300 people never mind knowing then well enough to invite them to your wedding. #introvert

Not like we know 300, and as much as I would prefer an intimate wedding celebration of 30, having 300 takes a lot of pressure off the in-laws to get a long when they have so many others to mingle with.

For me, I would rather invite 30 people. My actual list right now has about 65 people. I plan on weeding more people out, mostly people that I haven't seen or talked to in years, including family. Even if I were to invite all of my family, I don't think my wedding would ever reach 300 people lol

I think I would rather have 300 guests. I like to be surrounded by people who love and care about me and I’ve honestly always imagined a big wedding.
