Wrapping Bouquets with Ribbon that Have a Plastic Collar

I’ve looked everywhere online trying to figure out how to wrap the plastic collars for the bouquets and cannot find anything telling me how to do this . Everything that I’ve seen is just on wrapping the Stems of the flower, not collar part.. Can anybody help me by telling me how to do so or if anyone know where I can find this information. Thanks in advance!

Most bouquets don't use a plastic collar any more.

Won’t it look funny if I don’t wrap the collar bottom but do wrap where the plastic clips and stems are?
