Writing thank yous to married groomsmen

David, on October 5, 2021 at 9:52 PM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 4
I'm wondering if I should write one or two thank yous to my groomsmen who brought dates/married. Do I write just one saying thank you for attending and being a part of my wedding. or should I write one to the both of them thanking them for coming etc and then another for them being apart of our day

Hi David! We sent one thank you note to the pair of them, such as “Dear Bob and Judy, thank you for the beautiful crockpot! We will get so much use out of it. It was wonderful seeing you both at the wedding and a joy having you celebrate with us!” Hope this helps ❤️

One is fine- include both names in the note.

Thanks Katie. It does as was going back and forth in my head.

We just wrote one thank you note for those couples! We started by thanking them for attending & celebrating with us, then thanked them for their gift. Then we added an extra line for the groomsman or bridesmaid to say how much all of their support meant to us!

There's definitely no need for two separate thank you cards!
