WW Guest List Export Addresses

Yup. Click the specific event (ceremony or reception), click invitations > more actions > print or export report.

I don't know if you can or not, but Infeel for you. I have typed our guest list & addresses four different times. I have my original address book in Excel. Copied it to another file & added FH's list. Then every site I use (WW, invitations, etc) has a slightly different format, so they all had to be entered again (even if importe). I might actually know all the addresses from memory before this is all over.

There is the custom export option, which allows you to choose which fields are exported. So if addresses aren't showing up at first with other export options, choose the custom export.

ETA just checked and yes, you'll need to use the custom report option to get the addresses.

Thank you, I got it! For anyone else doing this, you also need to change the settings of the event to "track invitations for this event" for the invitations options to be available. Seems obvious, but I didn't do that at first.

Good to know for when I start using it.

Hi, you probably go the answer to this by now but you can only see it on the deskop version, not the mobile.

Where is the track invitations button? Has this changed?

I was wondering the same thing! I can't find it either, and the export list only shows the street address and the zip, but not the city and state.
