ww messages to vendors

All my vendors I’ve contacted and still in contact with all say “vendor is no longer accepting messages”. Is anyone else getting this message?? So know I can’t send additional messages to our thread

    Have you tried emailing them directly instead of through ww? Maybe the email will go through that way.

    I read somewhere on another thread that sometimes when there are multiple messages it flags for some reason. I would try emailing.

We have certain preventative triggers in place to protect both our couples and wedding vendors from spam, so if you send too many vendor messages too quickly you can be automatically marked as a spammer.
