Your Venue

The first time I visited New Orleans, I absolutely fell in love with the French Quarter! I wasn’t a girl who dreamed about their wedding, so when I got engaged I had zero visions for my wedding. I remember my mom asking me what my “dream wedding” looked like, and the only thing that ever came to mind was the old world charm and the beautiful, lush courtyards of the French Quarter… so we decided to just have the wedding in New Orleans, and find a venue that really embodied everything I loved about it!

we were really lucky to be able to get married where we met! we met at church and it felt like a no brainer to have the ceremony there. really grateful for this because it kind of felt like that was where our love story started

our reception was where we had one of our early dates on too.

We are doing our back yard - do not regret all the work yet ..

but we made a squeeze and cut the guest list for more private / outdoors and we didn't get a housewarming celebration since we bought at start of COVID

OMG .... That is gorgeous!!!

After much angst and trials, we found the most amazing venue ON THE BEACH!! My total dream, which was only realized because the other place we had booked screwed up. I love the beach, and after a long separation , my FH and I got back together on a beach trip. Plus, after much 'afterthought', this venue really reflects the more relaxed classy beach party vibe I was going for.

I wanted a gothic vibe and unique look and my fiance loves military history. This venue not only has the look I wanted but served as an armory when it was originally built.

We are getting married at a bed and breakfast place in Gettysburg which is an hour away from where we live .. me and my fiancé love Gettysburg and we are there pretty much every weekend…. We found this beauty and knew it was where we wanted to get married! We get 2 rooms for 2 days Friday night and Saturday night (which is the day we get married) I love that they only host 1 wedding a weekend too!
