We are doing a buffet. There will be a vegetarian option. Otherwise, each guest will get chicken, steak tips, and pulled pork with sides.

Adult guests can choose from either steak, ribs, fish, chicken or vegetarian.

Kids meal choices are sliders or chicken nuggets.

I've noticed that a lot of people opt for the vegetarian option at catered events like weddings, maybe because most of the time the dish is pasta, lol!!

We are cooking our own food. My family is known for cooking so that saves us a ton of money. We will have fried chicken (made by my uncle) and Boston butt/brisket (father in law) as the entrees.

3 for adults - Filet Mignon (GF), Atlantic Salmon (GF) & Stuffed Acorn Squash (V, GF)

The children's and picky eaters menu consists of Chicken Tenders & Fries, GF Pasta with Marinara and if they don't want that, the chef will do Grilled Cheese.

We are considering just heavy hors d'oeuvres with fruit and cheeses, simply because our wedding is late afternoon

Our reception is set up in a weird way since its after lunch but before dinner and its only for 2 hours. There will be 5 or 6 different appetizers for people to choose from as well as a fully stocked open bar.

Four: crab cakes, salmon, filet mignon, or lobster. But because it was a restaurant, any special requirements (vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free, etc.) could have been accommodated.

Dinner is at an all you can eat Brazilian restaurant. There is salad bar option, various meats, side dishes, open bar, and cake. It seemed like it would cater to all guest restrictions.

My FW and I chose a venue that has exceeded expectations by a long shot. My guests will have the privilege of enjoying 20 appetizers and not 1 but 3 main courses.

My guests dont have any diet restrictions so I will be offering 2 choices. But i will also add a space for those who may have a restriction I am not aware of. Chicken is always a safe option. Let me add I am allergic to seafood therefore seafood is out by default.
