Ours is a cocktail reception with a buffet and passed apps. Menu includes ravioli, chicken saltimboca and meatballs for the hot dishes and a vegetable platter, fruit and cheese and a charcuterie tray. Passed apps will include stuffed mushrooms, asparagus wraps, spanakopita and a few others.

I made sure there were plenty of options for all diets, as we have a lot of vegetarians, pescatarians and a couple vegans. I myself don’t eat beef or pork but made sure to include some beef options for those who might like it. Hopefully everyone will be able to find something they enjoy.

We had two long tables that sat 44 people, we sat with our guests, not at a head table or sweetheart table. We served pulled pork sliders, mac and cheese, two salads, a fruit tray and a veggie tray then dessert.

    GF plate for SIL.

Lunch reception, I would do it all again the same way!!!

2 plus, we had chicken marsala and baked ham with pineapple. We also had fettachini (can't spell lol ) alfredo that was amazing along with several sides. Ours was a buffet and everyone raved about all of it.

We will offer five dinner options; chicken, pork, vegetarian, gluten free, and children's plates. There should be something for just about everyone.

We have 3 options for adults...steak (our favorite Ribeye) chicken and wild mushroom ravioli. For kiddos we have chicken tenders and French fries (our photographer actually chose that as her meal lol).

We’re doing a plated dinner with a duel entree plate of steak and chicken. We made sure to reach out if anyone had any dietary restrictions so that way we can accommodate them.

We're having BBQ and our company allows three main meat choices. We're doing brisket, pulled pork and pulled chicken. I was stuck between pulled chicken and sliced turkey (more variety to not have two "pulled" meats??) but I think more people would choose pulled chicken over turkey - does anyone agree/disagree?

3 entre choices: chicken, steak, and I forget the last choice. None of our 9 guests are vegetarian so a vegetarian option wasn't needed, although the 3rd option may be veggie.
