Two. Chicken or beef with seafood. I have one veggitarian friend but other will not have that option.

We are having a brunch buffet. There will be vegetarian and vegan options but we are not a special diet kind of family soooooo.... a carnivorous bunch we are.

We are having grilled filet mignon, an ahi tuna dish, and a vegan/vegetarian option.

Our entire menu is gluten free, as I have Celiac. We have vegan/vegetarian friends, so we made sure they have PLENTY of choices, with passed apps, our stations at cocktail hour, and dinner (pescatarian choice and vegan choice.) We opted out of chicken as most of the chicken we have seen at weddings is overcooked--plus, it's honestly a waste of money, for what they charge vs what chicken costs.

So....with the exception of my MOH, who is allergic to nightshades, we shouldn't have to accommodate anyone.

Two main choices: pulled chicken or sliced brisket, but there will also be black bean burgers or pesto pasta available upon request for vegetarians.

We will have two main entree dishes. Then will have an option that can be modified for those with dietary restrictions (GF, DF, Veg) and then we will have a kosher option for those that keep strict kosher.
