For sure two, Chicken will be one and I haven't decided what else yet. I have to see what the venue offers. I just know chicken is standard. I'll have to see what's cost effective

Only 1.5, I guess. We're having a buffet with some salad and lemon chicken. But we're planning to have a variety of hors d'oeuvres for guests that should satisfy most diets and preferences.

Three different stuffed burgers (one is lamb), regular burgers, vegan burgers. GF options. Kids options. Baked potato bar and a great spread of finger foods and salad. People are choosing on our website so our caterer can make the right amt of each

Techinically, 5 - three buffet choices (chicken, beef, and fish) and gluten-free and vegan options!

2, a chicken dish (with potatoes) and a vegetarian dish (“fall gnocchi”, it tasted SO great!). Each entree comes with a salad. We’re also having fruit and cheese boards for cocktail hour.

Four: apple stuffed chicken, filet, salmon, and a vegetarian option that will most likely be eggplant parm. (Also a gluten free meal for my grandma with celiacs disease)

Three. Filet Mignon, stuffed chicken or seared scallops.

I am doing a plated dinner Brazilian Steakhouse style. Servers will be bringing around gaucho servers with beef, chicken, shrimp, pork and sausage. I am hoping everyone gets what they want and feels full by the end of dinner.
