Zazzle invitations?

Jessica, on August 20, 2018 at 11:44 AM Posted in Planning 0 17
Has anyone ordered their invitations from zazzle?
The wedding is in 33 days and we haven’t sent out invitations yet 😩 the guy we went to sent us an example and it was horrible. I saw someone talk about Zazzle and I wanted to see if anyone ordered from them personally.
Mid you did how did you like it? How fast did they come in?
Many advice would help!
TIA!

We used Zazzle, ours turned out great. We got them quickly. I also used them for shower invites when I was a MOH earlier this year, their customer service team is great too. Almost always came at the beginning of the delivery window, but they are really responsive if things seem to be running behind.

I think at 33 days out I would just do online invitations an save yourself the expense. They will never make it in time even if you overnight ship by the time you address and mail them, it will still take a week.

I ordered my rehearsal dinner invites from Zazzle and they turned out pretty nice. 😊 I just designed them myself and was able to see what the text/format would look like with our names and info. But once they are submitted I never got a proof. I ordered them on a Saturday and received them the following Saturday. I just chose the standard shipping method, too. And I found the prices pretty decent.

Weddingchicks.com had free templates. You can print them at office max, staples, etc. and have them today. I'd suggest doing this rather than ordering them.
    Get them out asap

We used Zazzle and loved them! I ordered a ton of stuff from them for the wedding, and was pleased with all of it, and it generally came in a dry timely manner. Our invitations, rsvps, reception cards, though, came far slower than anything else we had ordered from them (including the samples of each that we ordered). At 33 days I would pursue other options. Good luck!

What about Etsy, you can purchase the pdf invitation and have it printed locally.

If you’re in a hurry, I’m pretty sure Shutterfly will actually mail them directly for you! You have to give them your guest info obviously and pay extra for that, and pay for postage, but if you need to get them out quickly and can afford the extra to have them just mail it for you, you should try that! I don’t even think it’s that much more expensive, when you consider postage costs

I agree with this. You don't have time to send physical invitations now. Most venues require your final numbers 2 weeks before the date. You wouldn't get your invitations mailed quickly enough to get your RSVPs in time.

Evite or paperless or greenenvelope are some options. With your timeline I would not bother with paper invites. Sorry!
You write them just as an invite and email them out. People can rsvp through it as well.

I was very happy with Zazzle and I seem to remember they came pretty quickly. I think you can pay extra to get a rush on them too.

If you are planning on mailing things out. I would start making address lables (unless you can do it through Zazzle).. So that when they arrive you just need to fill them, stick-em, stamp-em, and mailing them. Unfortunately I don't have experience with Zazzle. I did my through Anns Bargain Bridal.
