Zola custom website domain issues?

Hey - wanted to check in and see if anyone here is having trouble with Zola like I am. I bought a custom domain name for my site. I properly linked it to my Zola domain. However, some of my guests cannot access the site. Some have absolutely no trouble. It seems to be a server issue? Has anyone experienced something similar?
