Our Disco Galaxy wedding!
When two designers get hitched for a lifetime the result is a funky, silvery, “Disco Galaxy” wedding theme, in a historic venue – on a hot thunderstorm’ing summer night. Where the champagne fizzes flowed, the groove was great, every guest sparklin’ & the dance floor went all night!
The bride Kate arrived in a vintage Rolls Royce wearing a couture gown that shimmered all over with galaxy-inspired beading, cathedral length veil and family heirloom jewelry. The groom walked over with family in an all white tux and carrying the rings! Then the bride & groom said "I do" by the altar, adding to 200 years of couples married at St Anne's Parish Church with a beautiful celtic blessing of the hands, organ music and all our friends & family cheering in attendance. Every guest smiling in their 70's themed attire as the storm rolled in!
Over at the reception, guests ate crab cakes, took polaroids and posed at The Moon - while Kate & Eric took pictures in the rain laughing. Then we Soul Train 'danced in for our entrance to "Disco Inferno" and had our first slow dance to (our song) "Sunday Kind of Love" by Etta James. We ate a delicious formal dinner then gluten free red velvet cake while guests had NASA postcards at their dinner plates - with a handwritten dare or compliment from the bride/groom.

Surrounded by 30+ disco balls, twinkling lights, vintage cameras, silver engraved stars, neon bar lights, and disco tunes - everyone danced all night! The bride quickly changed into an all gold mini dress and disco ball earrings to really groove the night away with her new hubby.
It was all magical!
