The story of our wedding
Jason and I met 22 years prior to actually dating. The timing was never right. But from the moment we finally came together, we knew that it would be forever.
Jason proposed on Thanksgiving 2020 in front of his mother and step-father. Although I was surprised, there was no hesitation in saying yes.
Not knowing what type of wedding we wanted, much was considered. The only thing we were sure about was we wanted to go to Ireland for the honeymoon. It had always been a dream for both of us to visit where much of our families had come from. While looking at Ireland on the computer, Jason came across the Cliffs of Moher and said how amazing it would be to get married somewhere like that. I decided to look into it, and the rest is history.
Our wedding was perfect with a dream destination in County Clare Ireland. It was scary at first being from Michigan USA but with the help of Eloping in Ireland and their team, they turned our dream into a reality. They handled everything!
Continue reading »We had an unforgettable ceremony at the Cliffs of Moher with a reception party at Gus O'Connors, a local pub in Doolin.
It was magical, intimate and beautiful. We also had plenty of room for the 30 guests who were also able to make the trip.

Having our wedding where and how we wanted it made it more about us than just going through the motions that are normally expected. Now, we will always have that beautiful place to visit throughout the rest of our lives together to remember our special day.
