The story of our wedding

Jerry and I got married at Crooked River Farm right outside of Lawson, MO in October of 2020. 2020 was a crazy year, and you'd think planning a wedding in all that mess would have been just as crazy. Thanks to the friendly couple that owns and runs the farm, it was a breeze. My husband and I had a vision of getting married in a place that represented our tastes and who we are: Crooked River did that and more. The beautiful property stole our hearts right away, and we will definitely be back for future events. The barn is the highlight of the area, and where we held our reception. There's no way to describe the down-home, genuine country aura Crooked River gives off, but it is one of our favorite places now. Jerry and Susan are kind-hearted, honest people that want nothing more than to help you have the best day of your life. Susan is a wonderful photographer who captured our day beautifully, Jerry is there to help with anything and everything you could possibly need, and their cat Paul is there for support and cake. These three are quite the trio. Go check them out, you won't regret it or need to visit any other venue. My husband and I can't fully express our love or appreciatation for the little slice of heaven!
